This is regardless if the e-mail comes from my company's domain or from my private domain. What I found was that as long as my display name includes my last name (a 4-letter word with one regional character) Microsoft categorically flags the e-mail as junk. I just did out of the box developer config with standard e-mail filtering for the receiving address - which is what any company on O365 is likely to be running. ![]() So today I created a test tenant with Microsoft to troubleshoot. And a while back my brother who works at a different company had also reported similar issues. Recently my dad who works in a different position in the same company as me also started having the same issue. I have tried every reasonable recourse such as remaking signatures, changing my e-mail address and so on. Internally or to other e-mail services there is no issue. ![]() For months I have had an issue where all my e-mails sent to other Microsoft tenants gets either quarantined or junk mail sorted as phishing.
